ODEMWINGIE,EMENIKE to participate in a video against racism

Odemwingie and Emmanuel
Emenike, two players that have
suffered racism in the Russian
Premier League, have
participated in the recording
of a video against racism
which appears on Russian TV
on Friday afternoon, informs
championat.com.
Russian Television, Rain TV,
has chosen April 20 as the
'Day of the fight against
racism in Russian football'.
''Do you think football is the
policy. How racism came to the
country that defeated
fascism? Who benefits? And
when we cease to be afraid of
sending their children to the
stadium?'' the television station
said on its website.
The video features
Odemwingie, Emenike,
Roberto Carlos and Seydou
Doumbia. Throughout the day
the leading television channel
will discuss issues related to
racism in Russian football.
