Chelsea midfielder John Obi Mikel has likened manager Roberto di Matteo to former Blues boss Guus Hiddink.The Nigerian regards Di Matteo's man- management as "fantastic"."All the players, even the big players,look at what he is doing and hopefully the club will make the right decision."For me, he is like Guus Hiddink - very similar in the way both Hiddink and Jose Mourinho did the job.He has come in and noticed where the problem is and put it right and is very good tactically."
